Go to the Free Preferred Warranty tab
Select Registration Form
As you fill in the Product SKU#, separate them with a divider (/)
For example: 045690 / 258697 / 213546
In the next box, enter the product description in association with the SKU #
Complete required information & click SUBMIT
Your items have now been registered in the Preferred system.

Go to Retailer Login on the upper right hand corner. Select and sign in
The Members Only button will have 4 drop-downs, select Nationwide Registered Warranties
Look up a registered warranty by the registration number on the back of the card or by customers first or last name. Select an option and enter the information, then select search
The search results will appear. Select View/Reply to the right of the results to view details and add new comments if work is being done to the item
If you have an update for a pre-registered item, the work being done should be added in the New Comment box, then select SUBMIT. The item has now been updated in the Preferred system

Complete required information and select Submit. A Return Authorization (RA) Form will be submitted to you within 24 hours. True Romance is handling all repairs free-of-charge, the only cost on your behalf is shipping
