Justice Jewelers was founded 1982 when Woody Justice, a GIA Gemologist and instructor, opened an office in Corporate Center and began appraising and selling jewelry by appointment. Woody soon realized that the Springfield market would prefer a more traditional retail space; and that there was no traditional store in Springfield with generations of history. At that time, there were only one or two stores competing for market leadership. Woody then seized the opportunity to become the jewelry store in Springfield by moving to a new space on East Sunshine.

In 1990, Woody moved his store to the Brentwood Center, across from the Battlefield Mall in Springfield. The larger, more convenient location, in conjunction with Justice Jewelers’ then famous radio ads, was instrumental in five solid years of sales growth. Then, in 1994, Justice Jewelers had simply outgrown its location; and by 1996 Justice Jewelers opened its superstore, at Highway 65 and Battlefield, with a 5,000 square foot showroom, large repair facility, and a drive up window for convenient repair service.

Today, guided by the mission statement, “Justice Jewelers exists to help our customers commemorate the special moments of their lives,” Justice Jewelers provides Springfield, Missouri the very best in fine Jewelry at affordable prices.
